REFUND POLICY

Please note that there are no refunds when it comes to our Programs or Services, unless it’s exclusively specified by us. In cases where you sign up for any of our Programs or Services, but fail to show up/ do not participate/ do not complete your training or learning/ do not get expected results as in signing up clients, refund is still out of scope. However, you can always request for a reschedule in a Program or Service for personal emergencies or medical reasons. TACKLING DIFFERENCES

In case we ever have any differences or concerns, we should be able to tackle and sort them out through communication. You also agree that you would not resort to any shaming in public or private forums to put down our reputation, there’s always a smoother way to settle such differences.
